These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lumia mobile application (“App”) operated by Meridian Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using Lumia, you agree to these Terms.
You must create an account to use most features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Lumia. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Lumia is free to download and use. Core features including daily horoscopes, basic tarot readings, the spiritual journal, and community access are available at no cost.
Optional premium features are available through a subscription (“Lumia Premium”). Premium features may include advanced birth chart reports, extended workshops, and additional content.
Refund requests are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly.
Private journal entries are end-to-end encrypted and belong to you. We cannot access or read them. You are solely responsible for the content of your private entries.
When you share content in the community feed, you grant Meridian Labs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the App to other users. You retain ownership of your content.
You can delete your community posts at any time. Once deleted, we will remove them from the App, though cached copies may persist briefly.
We reserve the right to remove community content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
The Lumia name, logo, design, and all original content within the App (including but not limited to text, graphics, icons, and software) are the property of Meridian Labs LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without our written permission.
Content provided through Lumia, including horoscopes, tarot readings, and birth chart interpretations, is for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal growth purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
We strive to keep Lumia available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You can delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Deleting your account will permanently remove your personal data, journal entries, and community posts.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if we are required to do so by law. We will attempt to notify you before or at the time of termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
